Looks like business establishments are starting to be more sensitive to the needs of persons with disabilities (PWDs). Aside from the usual ramps which signify accessibility and mostly cater to those who have physical disabilities, Glorietta now provides other services recognizing other kinds of disabilities and needs.
Look at this announcement:

If the picture is a little blurry and you can't read the announcement in the picture, it actually says:
- Free PWD Facilities Map
- Sign language assistance
- Wheel-in service
- Lowered phone booths
- Dedicated parking lots
- Free local emergency calls
- Priority seats and lanes
Things like this put a megawatt smile on my face. =) Kudos to Glorietta for such sensitivity to the needs of PWDs. I hope other malls, similar establishments AND most importantly government offices follow the lead of Glorietta.
Kudos to Glorietta mall indeed! My faith in humanity restored when I saw that banner for PWDs. Hope all malls, or it's better if all places has that kind of kindness for those people.
